Age 15 rated 2000
Age 16 rated 2100
Age 17 rated 2200, CM title

It is possible to reach CM by age 18, but only with hard and smart work.
The higher you get, the more difficult to progress.

@tygxc, my rapid rating is 1740, but my Fide rating is lower. What is minimum rapid rating to be master in your opinion?

You just have to get 2000 is it ucsf or fida ? To get cm title

Possible but sticky it could take anywhere from a year to ten years depending on a person some improve fast while others like to take the slow approach

I wouldn't recommend having set goals (even though they can help) instead "improve as much as possible even when your stuck "

You need 2200 FIDE classical to get a CM title.

Didn't know it was 2200 I thought there was a title that was 2000 or was I wrong ?

For a direct CM title you need at least 2000. See 0.6.2

CM- 2200 Fide, No Norms

NM- 2200 Fide, Norms

FM- 2300 Fide

IM- 2400 Fide, there are other requirements but a bit foggy

GM- 2500 Fide

In tournaments, a win counts as 10 elo (on chess.com, it is 8, and obviously you get more if you win against higher rated, less against lower rated. This means that if 2 people of exactly the same elo play, the winner gets 10 elo, and the loser loses 10 elo). Now this begs the question, what if a NM has an amazing tournament and wins a bunch of his games against higher rated players, couldn't he go from NM to FM really quickly? If so, why does it take years for people to advance titles? The youngest IM ever was Abhimanyu Mishra, at 10 years and 9 months. it took him 1 1/2 years to advance that 100 rating points and become the youngest GM. Why does it take so long or am I missing something? Also, I would like to get back to the subject matter at hand. At the speed I am going now, is it possible to reach my goal?

If you're serious about becoming a titled player, stop playing chess games on here, and go and apply for tournaments to get actual ratings. Playing OTB will help you improve the most. Study your games, do your puzzles, and just read read read.

Playing on here wont improve you much. just use chess.com for sources, analysis, questions like this post, etc. Realistically it will be very hard for you to get a title by the time you're 18, you probably needed to be grinding chess a lot earlier in life, but its still possible, you just need to put in a lot of work. 
If you can afford to get a coach, get one as soon as possible. Ask your parents or something.

Since I don't do it I don't know but it think there's more of a limit to the amount of games you play during tournaments so progress can take longer but then again I'm not an expert at otb but I bet you can just grind more games on chess.com (also 2000 elo is more like 2200 ish on chess.com ) but it depends on the person the pool could also be stronger during tournaments than on chess.com but then again im not an expert at otb

2200 FIDE for CM

2200 USCF for NM (USA flagged 14-year-old male player requesting)

2300 FIDE for FM

2400 FIDE plus three IM norms for IM

2500 FIDE plus three GM norms for GM

CM, FM, IM and GM also have direct title options that reduce the rating requirement by 200. The Pan American youth is in Orlando next month and tying for first in U16 would give the FM title (once reaching 2100) and taking the gold in U18 would give the IM title (once reaching 2200) while silver or bronze would give the FM title (once reaching 2100). There are other such tournaments that can be used as well. The past year's massive FIDE lower-level upward rating adjustments make such ratings more plausible to reach.
