What is the trophy Introspection and how to get it

What is the trophy Introspection and how to get it? I don't understand how to get it

Go to Explorer, change the database to My Games, go through at least 5 moves.

You can scroll over the achievements to see what is required.

On the website, go to the Game Explorer and look at your own games.

Of course, if you haven't played any games, this won't work.

You need premium though. I WILL GET IT TODAY!

This achievement is just "buy premium" I do not approve. 

There are a number of achievements that can only be received if you have premium.

Where is the game explorer

I found game explorer but there is no «my games»

More > Explorer and where it defaults to Master Games is a drop-down to change the option.
