I find the puzzles frustrating. I know the rating doesn't really matter but I'm new and it seems when I make a mistake I lose rating but if I get one right I don't gain as much back. The point of the puzzles are to get better but it's discouraging and makes it so I don't want to do them as much. More punishment than reward. If I asked for a hint and neither gained or lost rating that would be helpful.

i find the puzzles very frustrating- as if you take a hint you lose points -- but then again i see the point of doing them --as they make you sharply aware of quick decisions that go wrong fast -- i have on avg per day about 800 down a little up a little but always about the same don't think i will ever get over 1000 --
