Youngest ever FM got his title at the age 7, he didn’t progress further and now he is an almost adult but his rating is lower than he was 7 (he continued serious chess). In contrast Magnus had a rating similar to you or maybe even lower than you, but he is a world champion right now. Don’t listen those who claim you should be over 2000 if you want to reach the top, you may or may not reach top/title, but that does not depend on your current rating.

a good tumbnail is 900 @ 9. add 100 points/yr. so 2100 @ 21. 2800 @ 28.

I think the rating should be around 1000 to 700 thats a good average

you should be about 2k.

My friend is 9 and 2000 chess.com, 1950 uscf.

Anything is fine at that age. My guess would be 1100

Chess ratings are not based on age but ability.
