for someone average like me(plays abt 2 hours/day average) then i'd say about 1300 otb uscf or 1500-1700 chess.com blitz/rapid assuming the 13-year-old has about 2-5 years of experience
for <2 years of experience i'd say 1300-1500 chess.com or 1100-1300 otb uscf

You quit for 10 months? Don't make me laugh. Realistically I've only played for 5 months cus I've been banned for chess cus my parents said it's a useless skill. 16 months is 16 months. I'm 13. Technically 2100 in 5 months. But I'd still say I've been playing for 13 months. ANd tbh 1700 isn;t that good
