Who is Arkadiy Khromaev

So this dude Arkadiy Khromaev is 3300 bullet, but has not fide title or membership and is beating titled players left and right. WHo is He? @ArkadiyKhromaev

It is Kostya Kornienko from Russia. He has been one of the strongest ultrabullet players in the world both here and on lichess for years.

I see he's played alot against @anthonychess69 which looks like a suspicious account, or even his alt (they play the same 1.d4 2.c3 as white and 1...g6 as black). @pawnprabu321 seems to also be involved in the rating manipulation. It's a shame, but I'm going to have to report him.

I'm pretty sure he is anhghOst24 from lichess; both of these accounts farm from different accounts. Also, anhghOst24 just got banned from lichess, so he is moving to chess.com

He is a 10 sec, 15 sec, and 20 sec specialist. If he played standard 1 minute bullet or even hyperbullet, his rating would drop, as it has on past accounts.

He is not "exploiting" the system, he simply is one of the best hyperbullet players, and there's no reason he should be banned for that. He has demonstrated that against many top players.

His real name is Kostizky Korniekov an ex agent of KGB. Now he is out of slavery or a pensioneer. He is very tough but not unbeatable. His weak point is to lure him in a long classic where he can go wrong. His nerves due to special training are burnt out.. you can catch him as a wolf catches a sheep.

He only plays against other untitled 3000 rated players, which is also his account. On lichess, he made more than 5 accounts that were 3000 bullet and he kept playing against those players and beating them. So it's very weird that he is only playing against untitled 3000 players like himself.

I was watching in live chess when he crossed over to #1 bullet. Something about @anthonychess69's play felt weird, but I couldn't put my finger on it.

But now it is clear that the two accounts are owned by the same person, and both should be closed for rating manipulation.

I think he is an AI or something to practice bullet game but, he should be banned if so, why he isn't banned?

I've played @Riley at least a hundred times and seen absolutely nothing suspicious from him.
