I lose pieces as if im a 100 elo, btw i have to input the moves and not the actual game because there is some sort of problem with the server which makes me think if this is real chess.com or not.
Chess.com mutes accounts that exhibit abusive and harassing behavior. Have you been insulting your opponents or spamming in chat as a distraction?

I have also experienced this many times And I didn't even said anything to my opponents

I have experiences this issue many times and this causes me to lose many games as chatting is my form of having fun and not be tense, with this issue my rating has dropped horribly and I need to feedback chess.com about this.
