In the chat where you asked, make sure you clearly stated the account you wanted to reopen. If it still doesn't give an option to open a ticket, try something like contact an agent
Contact an agent ? Not working. Ive been waiting for a respons for 30 days.
I’m waiting for 1 week the guy above is correct, it doesn’t work
