Many thanks. No, I didn't use the photo upload tool as I thought that was just for standard image files (.JPG, etc), but used the 'browse for file' tool instead. I've used this method many times for saved animated GIF's when using Dreamweaver for instance, and they allways run in browser mode.
Well, an active website is allways in browser mode when you use a browser to access it, so I don't understand why it didn't work.
How exactly does one include an animated GIF in blog posts, etc? Usually I just chose 'save file as...' and then include it in a web editor, etc, and the animated GIF will run, but when I tried including one in a blog post, all I had was a still image (GIF) and no animation...
