Any MySQL gods out there?

I'm not exactly a MySQL "Genius" but I'm pretty solid with it (I'm very solid with LAMP / WAMP setups) - and if I can't help, I have a friend who is much better. Let me have the details, I'll see what i can do.
Are any of you MySQL geniuses? If so, message me! :) You might be able to help us solve this crazy bug that pops up every once in a while (might be a bad query?) and causes Chess.com to crawl until we reboot mysql. Thanks :)
