Bots not working

Yesterday 10/06/21 I was playing a bot and I castles and the game duplicated my rook, I was able to move all 3 but by the 3rd one the bot just stopped working. I refreshed the site and now I can’t even click challenge, this only is happening on my computer account if I’m logged out it doesn’t happen and it does not happen on my phone. Please someone help me.

Try clearing your browser cache. You may also need to remove chess.com related cookies.
EVERY TIME i try playing chess.com computers its just frozen, even when i tap on the peaces it is just frozen. this only happens when i try playing on my phone.

If you're on the app, it needs to be installed on external storage and not an SD card for the bots to work.

when i try to play bots and press play, nothing happens. i reloaded my page twice but nothing worked.
Not able to play chess with bots , whenever i click on play button , nothing happens

If it doesn't work immediately, give it a few seconds and try again.

i tried to refresh and to wait but the play button simply doesnt work when i click it and its not like dark green to indicate we cant click it its the normal green but the mouse does not even become a hand when clicking or hovering it , what do i do ?

Do you have any plug-ins/add-ons that might be interfering? I know I have occasionally had an issue and staff are aware of it occasionally happens.

I also have that issue, it lets me play the chess board just doesn't appear. no plug-ins

I also have the problem of no boards playing bots. No plug-ins, and I tried it on two different computers, desktop and laptop, with different browsers (firefox and edge). This only started happening today. Press the play button, no board appears.
Lichess to the rescue, and not for the first time.

this is happening to me also with wally bot right now. i don't think it is about cache.
