Happened again, but in a 10 minute game.

Me have 29 seconds left on the clock, and king+queen+pawns on board, him just king. In those 29 seconds, I manage to do _four_ moves, of which _all are premoved_. Then my time is up. Every premove takes 5-10 seconds off my time. That is not right.
Fakenicker, how are you playing on Live Chess, using a computer and laptop, using an app and mobile device? Can you give us some details, please?

Was using a desktop computer, but with a mobile (4G) broadband connection.
This is still happening. Premoves can take 10+ seconds to perform. Had 11s left, made a premove, but lost on time without my premove being done.
Looking forward, this issue will always exist until they develop something that uses the internet connection as a determination of who who's playing each other. For example if a player has a range of internet connection, the server will then have a tournament system that promotes players with that connection.
This issue has been the epitome of my daily qualms. Why? Well though I've been playing chess my whole life informally, chess.com and lichess are socially prevalent and provide somewhat official ratings. Not to mention how the brain feels after being seemingly swindled of time, focus, and skill.

Same here, strugling for several days with the same bug. Even if moving if trying to move sometimes this bug appears and apparently my times shows my time -10 sec (or around 10 sec).
Annoying and no explanation for this to stop happening found as for now.
I have a similar issue where I can premove my king back and forth with 10 seconds left and without checking me once my opponent will win on time. That should be impossible if they aren't premoving right?

Depends on how much time they had left and how fast they were moving.
I've noticed this too, in my last several bullet games - premoves sometimes lose as much as 10 seconds from the clock. My guess is it's related to the ongoing server issues. For now, I've solved this by switching my faster games to [the other site], and only playing Rapid or longer here.
Im not continuing my subscription because the app is way to glitchy for me on Android for some reason, I'll do the instant move only for the servers to cut out for a moment and literally shed 10 or 15 seconds 😠 this has cost me so many matches when i was way ahead in either moves or time, it's extremely frustrating.
To be honest. Looks like the developers intentionally add delay to your moves.
When I am on winning streak I never face this issue. And suddenly on the same network it would start lagging. If i turn on my screen recording timer works correctly.
I just lost a game of bullet. I moved instantly, almost every move. And after many moves my opponent thinks for 5-10 seconds, moves, and then _my_ time has been reduced by up to 10 seconds!
Even premoves had that effect. I thought premoves would go on the server immediately regardless of any connection issues. This makes it feel a bit fishy.
1. There are rumours about clock hacks. Are there any?
2. How can I make bullet playable, if there are random 10 second delays now and then for my clock?
