Can not create correspondence tournament. WTF???

I try to create a chess tournament but get alert "please enter valid time". WHAT VALID TIME!? I tryed different start dates from 16 december 2024 to 5 january 2025 and get this alert. WTF??

If you're using the link here https://www.chess.com/tournaments that is currently bugged (or has been)

If you're using https://www.chess.com/play/online/tournaments and the Create > Club Daily Tournament option then it's currently bugged if your Settings language is anything other than English. Staff are aware of the situations and looking into them

I need to set up a tournament for weds and its happening to me too:

Please enter a valid time.

Are you using the option in Play?

https://www.chess.com/tournaments and then Create Daily Tournament

That also has a bug, though it may not impact every attempt

It's impacted every (5+) attempt I've made so far!

re: the Create > Club Daily Tournament option you shared - if the people I want to invite are not in a club together can the tournament be created through there? Or is that just for club games?

That naming is incorrect. There's currently no such thing as a club daily tournament. That option is a regular Daily tournament
