You'll have to get your rating closer to where it was or wait until your rating stabilizes where it's at to play in tournaments.

My match is not starting I think I got restriction I haven't done anything please remove it it is a mistake by you.

i got my account unrestricted i contacted chess.com support in then they send me a email that said this

You are very deliberately resigning games to lower your rating, not sure if it is to cheat tournaments or some wierd experiment to see if the elo can reach to zero but either way it's wasting other people's time and isn't good for the stability of the site rating pool so expect to get punished for it

I had the same problem. When I was playing a sandbagger I could not play any tournaments. Then I played some bullet games and then I could play in a tournament so try playing a different variant play like 10 games or so and then try playing in a tournament. For me it works. Also did the support help you?

so i cant play any tournaments i can only play the normal games. i couldn't do anything about my 1 option is to contact chess.com support in then they said that they remove the sandbagger in then i can now play tournaments
