What do mean exactly?

It says that “we need to verify your connection” when I try to use my google account to log back in, and I don’t remember my password so I can’t do that either.

You don't know your Google password? If not there's likely nothing you're going to be able to do.

You should contact Support using the option in the menu and the maybe able to assist you

First off, I’m on an iPad s I don’t think the contact support will work, second off, I didn’t think it was the google password I’m going to go check that rq

Hello I can no longer play chess because since a few days the icon Play does not appear on the opening page. And the Help Service has not been helpful. Any idea anyone ?

You log in and don't see a Play option in the menu?

yes exactly, the colum of icons usually at the left off de screen does not show up

You might try clearing your browser cache.

If that doesn't help, check your browser zoom level.
