Chess.com promotion is broken. @Martin_Stahl

I'm winning against a 1950 and I have 10 seconds left. I promote to a queen and it promotes but the screen gets stuck. I can't move my queen because the piece promotion little icon is over the square of my queen. I can't move anywhere. And I lose on time. not the first time it's happened but it's the first time it cost me a game. as you can imagine I'm extremely pissed off right now. I'm on an Android phone. it's ridiculous. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this more and hopefully refund my points but Im not sure they'll do it.

Also the same exact thing happened in my next game. But thankfully, it stopped glitching after 10 seconds and I was able to mate him with like 3 seconds left. It also happened in the game after that but my opponent resigned beforehand

Also they do nothing about cheaters who take the fun out of the game. I've reported [public accusations are not allowed -- MS] numerous time 1800 on 3 check tournament

It could be a connection issue causing it.
