Chess.com is not working!

Chess.com crashes chrome. It is just so irritating. It happened a lot of times during this month and the last month. When I won a rated game, my rating did not increase by 18 like it was supposed to. When it was my turn, the time would increase for me and moves shown on the screen were played a long time ago. I couldn't even move a piece! One time, chrome was so glitchy that there were white rectangles on the tabs when I moved the cursor to them. It doesn't feel like a Chrome problem since the same thing happened on Microsoft Edge.

I don't think it's bugged. Other websites are working fine.

well why is chesscom working fine for the literal 50 million other people on the site

it's probably a chess.com glitch or a bug. Just report the problem immeaditely to chess.com and they will probably do something about it.

If your rating didn't increase after a win thats because it was an unrated game. 

The other problems you mentioned like with the time increasing is your internet connection to the servers being garbage. that's not chess.coms problem, thats a you problem.

As for the other glitches you mentioned, thats definitely coming from your end, not chess.com's. 

You might be correct but mainly those glitches happened in rated bughouse. It always happens.

What exactly are you talking about?

Also If your internet connections fine then you wouldn't have those clocks issues, because chess.coms servers are fine too. I've never had a clock issue except for when my internet speed has slowed down cuz someones downloading something big or something like that.

Beta tester kyraaguinaga reporting 3 different type of server failures

There has been server failures when I had to enter my account send messages and navigating the website although the server failures completely disappear when a match is being played. I have tested for a solid 2 hours it is the same thing.

Also for posting images on the groups their has been a warning saying data overloaded. Funny thing is that its neither 502 or 504.

Now I do understand that the data load is a common thing for everyone what I don't understand is why it completely disappears during chess games but doesnt work for navigating the site, messaging friends/vlub members/forums or why it doesnt work for just going into your own homepage. I have been looking for a solid 2 hours and its the same thing over and over.

Its not, I have the same expierience, my internets even at max and crome still is having a stroke during games and even typing, let alone using the website.

You replied to an almost 6 month old post. That said, the post said the site wasn't working and at the time there wasn't any known issue, so I asked for clarification
