All the time - at least one time every 10 games - happens one and the same: I try to make a move, the field I try to move to becomes red and then... it looks like I have already made "some" move, mostly a suicidal one... What I see: the field becomes red, then one of the pieces of my opponent "jumps" and one of my pieces disappears. In the analysis later I see, that I have seemingly made a move I've never have done.
I have already lost dozens of games this way.

Yes, that would be OK, but that is not a reason to "make" some moves in the background, which I have not done and even cannot see :-)
When I play a round tournament when I win the 1st round it doesn't come next game it comes new 15|10 and when I select that it shows user tertif is playing a tournament but then it doesn't load any opponent

same my puzzle rating was 1800 but it went to 1600. and after tireless work now it is 2100

bugs to report: the report bug option doesnt work; suggestion option doesnt work. thats why i write here. otherwise on my iphone 6s the bottom option of "help" cant be selected, because its too low on the bottom of the screen and the tabs thingy appears in front of it when i try to tap on it. might be easy to get around it, just writing so you know. tried on a laptop, clicked the buttons, nothing happened.
the main and biggest problem: i moved a pawn on d4, an enemy pawn took it on d3! i have recorded a screen video of it, as i go back and forth and you see it happening a hundred times.
what should i do, how can i report it? please help.

That's not a bug. It's a legal move called en passant.

You can just install play protect Play protect protected my tablet since I used it no bugs were there But if it doesn't work then it's the computer's problem Regards winner sp

It's been around for a long time and became standard everywhere in the late 1800's.
