Diamond membership not added to my account.

I recently placed second in an Untitled Tuesday event and third in the Jamie Jaquez Jr. event. In the articles I have read about these events, there apparently is a prize of diamond membership to the top three. I have not received the months of diamond I won, what can I do to get them?

Provide as much detail as possible and if it doesn't offer to open a ticket try something like contact an agent in that same support session.

i don't think it is correct to provide a lot of detail to the A I support bot.

It focuses on key words. A few well chosen key words will allow it to identify any previously stored answers that may be applicable. A lot of words just allow it to focus on non-key words.

In this case, I would try some words like "prize contacts" or even "billing question" since the billing department probably knows who is in charge of awarding prizes.
