Double forfeit game because chess.com was down

Hello!

I just had a game where both of us lost by double forfeit because chess.com had a server problem---the site told me to wait until the server reconnects. I kept waiting but then suddenly the site showed that the game was declared drawn even though I was clearly winning. Now that game does not appear in my game archive. How do I have that game brought back and resume the game or have me declared the winner due to overwhelming advantage?

There weren't server problems. There was a scheduled live server restart. When that happens, all ongoing games are aborted.

Thanks for that information.

You can't. Those games don't get anything done with them
