Extraordinarily poor customer service?

Chess.com may have the slowest, poorest, and most absurd customer service online. I cancelled my gold subscription since I need the time and to date, no refund. No one will get this done, but AI bots/one named Arturo are happy to say they will or waste time with chats. I will not recommend chess.com to anyone. Fun site, lousiest service ever in my opinion. I'll dispute the charge with VISA, get a conditional credit, provide the chat/email threads to VISA, and chess.com can refuse them. Chessitute

Is there HUMAN you can talk to? No support phone number for billing issues? Does chess.com even read these comments or even care?

According to my credit card, nothing has shown up. Does it normally take weeks for a $29 refund?

No, it should only take a few business days in most cases.
