I just had the SAME thing happen to me. I tried to use the support bot and it doesn't help at all, tried to email [email protected] and got an auto-responder that they don't reply to those. What are we supposed to do here? I was waiting for SEVEN MINUTES for my opponent to move, I had the upper hand, and then all of a sudden I get the timeout loss? WTF!

Happened to me five times in a week. Connection is not lost, since I can chat with my opponent. They are telling me it is my turn, but their moves just don’t come through to me. And then I lose by abandonment. I quit my subscription due to this.

Me 2 I’m done playing in chess.com I’ve switched to lichess
It’s a hack 99.9% sure. It happend to me 10 times. Some players are even calling it. He was convinced at 1.9 sec that he was going to win. Check the time on my phone and the timers.
