Game Analysis Not Loading

My game analysis hasn’t been working on mobile for a week or so now. I see other people have reported similar issues so figured it was being worked on. If this outage continues, I’ll expect a discount in my next membership renewal.

I haven't seen any similar reports.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Just tried. Still get “can’t load analysis.”

It's different for each phone. Just type your phone model in the search engine with 'how to take a screenshot'.

No, I know how to get a screen capture, but I don’t see an option to upload the photo here.

Ah. Just login from the browser on your phone or PC, and select the second icon from the left in the message box to upload pictures.

And as an FYI, I’ve been streaming videos on my phone pretty much all day, so it’s def not my WiFi.

It could be your app version. You might see if there's an update available. Or uninstall and reinstall.

Still no luck after uninstalling/reinstalling.

I guess you could try writing to staff directly ( https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us)or use the Report a Problem option in the app.

I submitted my request yesterday. How long do they typically take to respond?

Usually 1-3 business days, or a little more if they're swamped with requests.

I am also getting this and I'm on a browser.

So weird thing: I went thru self-analysis, waited for the depth to tick up to 22, and then hit the game review button at the bottom from there. With this work-around, I was able to load the analysis where it shows accuracy, number of mistakes, etc. but when I tried to go thru the analysis move-by-move, the app crashed.

Also, analysis actually worked for the blitz game I just finished, but still won’t load for my dailies.

It is permanently happening for Stanley Funk bot and for Professor Passant it says 0.0 accuracy and can't load analysis for some reason(and for Wallows and Prof. Passant it says 0 accuracy + only 1 move is made. Certain games I played in a Queen vs Pawn tournament also say sorry, there's no analysis(To this day).
