You can contact Support using the option in the menu but leaving the game screen can be seen as abandoning. If that's the case , staff doesn't generally give point refunds.

But since it became a draw, it couldnt have been forced. If I had abandoned it it would have not been draw, and I would've lost points, no?
Ah, didn't look at it. It's a double forfeit. Both sides were considered disconnected/abandoned
I don't believe the rating changes in that case
but i didnt leave, i just switched tabs, i didnt close tabs. I do that all the time

Apparently the system saw it as a disconnect/abandonment by both you and your opponent
My game just dissapeared. I went to another tab for a sec, because i was in the completely winning position. I came back and it just said remis. I never accepted, nor offered a remis. This was my opponent. He also insulted me in Game Chat, how do i get my rating and game back? It is also not viewable in my chess.com Profile.
