game not saved in archive

I’m new to chess.com, and I played my first game against the computer, and the completed game is not showing in archives. Does chess.com save Games against the computer?

Not automatically. You have to click save before you leave the game.
They only added the capacity to do that recently.

There is no save button. I Played another game. Best I could find is “copy PNG”. I copied it to my iOS notes. There’s nothing in archives completely games.

The game has to be completed in order to save. So it needs to end in a draw, loss, or just click the New Game button +, then the save option will appear.
It was a completed game. No option.
I’m using the iOS app. Maybe you just can’t save games you play with the bots with it. If so, I’m quite disappointed.

They just added that feature on the web. It will probably get added to the apps at some point.

Does the game menu after the game not have an Add to Archive option? The Android app does.

Yeah, my archived games stop around 4 months ago even though I've played plenty. I don't expect that they need to be bot games, since there's bot games on my profile so I don't know why they don't show up. I don't have any option to save or not save games, because I can't delete games off my profile either; I have no control over what is saved and it seems to have stopped entirely.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone knows how to find my comments afterwards. I get emails that people have responded, but I can't see the comments. I have to keep the forum page open and refresh it.

If you're talking about bot games, they don't save by default. On web you have to run a review or manually save them. On the apps, you have to manually save (I'm not sure if iOS has added the ability to save yet)

As was noted earlier in this discussion there does not appear to be an option to save the game to archive. I generally run games through review and have not had any issues with them saving until 4 months ago after which it appears none of my games have appeared on my profile. Since people cannot delete games from their profile it would seem unintuitive to allow them to opt not to show a game on their profile.
I suppose I'll have to create a ticket.

Every time I run a review of a bot game on the website it saves to the archive.
How are you playing the games? Website or app? If the latter, which app?
