I have never done it, so I am only sharing the page. Look at the prices to make sure it is what you want. They might default to a yearly plan. I had to change it to monthly. Also, I thought they had a 50% offer.

With this one, you could just create the account and pay for it. Then, they could change the account name once for like 6 months. The first one might be better so they can create a name and then change it later if they want.
