Yes but at least it slows them down. Minimum effort maximum impact. Just knowing the trolls that get through have to create multiple accounts and wait on those accounts or play games before they can cause damage, is a little comforting.
But as usual there might be an overreach of protection where the rest of the community also cannot post. That's where we get "quarantined for a pox".
