how do you read pgns?

I want to view my recent games by saving them, but I don't know how to access the file.  Help?

I recommend ChessBase Light. It is free, can read PGN, and can do other things.

I usually just send them to L.O.O.M.I.S. and he tells me how he would improve the game in PGN format...
