How long does Chess.com take to answer tickets/refunds?

I asked for a refund 5 days ago and I haven't gotten an email or something. How long does this take?

On average it's 2-3 days but with the holidays and increases in ticket loads it can take longer.

Have you gotten your refund? Because I asked for a refund the same day as you and haven't gotten any emails yet

Be sure to check your junk/spam folders but it's very possible they haven't responded yet as they are still working through tickets.

Hey! I requested mine on Dec 30th (fair they were probably all on Christmas annual leave then) and am also still waiting. I cancelled my auto renewal alright and got what I imagine was an automated response asking me if Id prefer to just downgrade my sub, and haven't gotten an answer to that yet either sad.png

I don't think the downgrade message was automated.

Most refund tickets are handled pretty quickly but with the recent Black Friday special there's likely an increase load. There's no expedited option
