Depends how its blocked, if its blocked by the network then probably not unless somehow you can manage to get a vpn on the computer (which will also probably be blocked). If its blocked by an extension (which is unlikely) then just open a different browser. You can also mess with proxies and stuff theres no guarantee it would work.
You'd have better luck just asking for its block to be lifted,

All those unblocked sites are blocked but chess.com itself isn’t. My school even banned chesskid.com
