How to recover a disabled account ?!

Unfortunately I closed my other chess account by mistake, and don't know how can I recover it. Even though I contacted the chess.com support but I didn't receive any emails yet on how can I recover it. I'll appreciate any help thanks.

You'll need to contact Support using the option in the menu to reopen a closed account. If the tool told you you'll get contacted in you'll get a message in the timeframe mentioned. If not, no ticket gets opened.
