How to recover some of your subscription funds?

Hello, open letter

I have always been your gold member and I appreciated it.
However, I noticed that (I don't even know when) the ability to view games was taken away from gold members, which was always allowed and I always used it multiple times in one day.
In that case, since the rules of the game are changing during the "Gold Membership" subscription, I would like to withdraw my membership and get the rest of the funds back.
Where should I go to collect the funds?
I won't hide the amount, the amount has been increased from PLN 119 to PLN 199 and the right to view games has been taken away, i.e. to sum up, the right to view games has been made available only from the amount of PLN 350. This will be an increase of 294% by sic!
It's time to look for an alternative because the amount is starting to be quite excessive...
It's a pity that if someone is your long-term customer, there are no additional discounts and as a reward you take away the acquired rights (preview games in the GOLD package).
Thank you for our many years of cooperation so far, I will remember these moments fondly.

One of the apps of Gold plans had unlimited Gane Reviews and as long as members that had that remained current, they should have kept the feature. If the plan was cancelled and later repurchased, it would have been with the new features and pricing.

That said, you can contact Support directly using the option in the menu and choose the billing option and they'll be able to assist you.
