Getting past the Support bot is somewhat of a challenge but it's the only way.
Maybe you could post screenshots of your dialog so that we can suggest other tries.

I have always been able to reach a link to actually reach a human.
I can't do it either this morning.
I will ask other mods for help.
I closed @tad2721 a long time ago, and want to re open it. I have already tried the support tab, but the bot, no matter what I do, doesn't understand that it was I who closed the account, and not chess.com. How else can I open it?
