Is political discussions allowed for off topic forums?

Recently there's an ongoing troll epidemic, especially in the off-topic forums. The trolls mainly focused on insults but then they began talking about politics there. My question is, is talking about politics banned on chess.com entirely, or is it allowed for the off-topic forums? If it's not allowed, should I report? Also what option should I choose? I'll appreciate any insights. Thanks in advance!

Well, IDK. But I thought there'd ought to be at leastΒ some rules even for off-topic. I may be wrong tho. Is it kinda detached from the rest of the site? Cause I don't see that many trolls on other parts, they just lurk in the forums and especially in the off-topic forums. They must've treated it as an even more loosely-regulated reddit.
