Is this normal?

I've literally played 100 bullet games, but I have no real rating. It's still like I'm in that phase of analyzing your rating, which usually happens in the first games, where you gain and lose a lot of rating, however now I gain little rating, as if I already had a defined rating. Can someone tell me if this is normal? If it's confusing, tell me and I'll explain it in another way.

Sorry for the second account... I don`t get it, I just search "chess.com" and play. Lol

It calculates your performance points during the game, the result (win, loss, draw) points, and your and your opponent’s rating difference.
