Someone keeps stealing my Avatar. I like to have a different and unique Avatar and each time I work out a new one someone copies it. This Avatar that I am now using is currently being used by someone else even though I am the one who made it. A previous one was likewise stolen. This is very annoying to me!

At first, all of tiles are invisible. Any one can help me?

It's likely the Live server did it due to a maintenance reboot.
On the IOS version there is no method of silencing an abusive opponent. I have the latest cheer app update, it is extremely annoying when an idiot like [name removed - please don't make public accusations but report them instead - MOD] continuously comments deliberately disrupting the game
I am a new user. On the web page and when I start a new game, the graphincs don't load properly. I am using firefox. Am I missing a plug-in?
It seems about 1/10 games I am winning but I lose because my opponent can freeze the game. I lose by time. I.e. [public accusations of cheating not allowed -- MOD] and I played 5/30 around 7pm if you can view it. There was a time cheating was infrequent

What you describe are temporary disconnects. Your opponent never directly connects to your client. All traffic flows through the Live server and your connection details are not available to your opponent.

Just finished a game with [public accusations not allowed -- VP] he lost and called me a name then said he hopes my mother dies this is in acceptable and unless this person is banned I will be cancelling my membourship with this site.

Alex, I am contacting the member and letting them know that is unacceptable. In the future you should screenshot and report directly to support.

And how do I screen shot.i lost my mother on may 3rd and I am very mad about this individual he should be banned from playing on this site. If not permanately then for a specific amount of time. Also he is a terrible chess player and should maybe play checkers instead.
I've been in a 7 day game for weeks, what gives? Not on vacation either.

Looks like the position has moved on from there now.
i lost a game due to bug in the game between me & odeel3 .. please refer the steps 30 & 55 of the game
