Yes, it doesn't make sense. If it is the other players move then they should be the one to lose the game and not you.
This site becomes unplayable. I think I'm going to go somewhere else and stop
my subscription. I lost 100 points in about ten days because of recurring bugs.
It's not serious!
Same problem for me. Only today tree times. Clock of my opponent is stopped, I can not play and finally I loose for timeout.
nothing is happening to me . I use computer .
Sometime on computer too. And my connection is great.
I lost around 100 during these last days. I sent several mails with creen copy.
For now nothing ! Except one answer. Too much people !!!
I'll supended my payement
It's not a solution of course, but if your opponent seems to be taking too much time; try refreshing the page. He may have moved, but you didn't get the move due to a temporary disconnect. They wrote an article for more permanent fixes; I'll go run around and see if I can find it...

I did... Don't work.
Just played a 30 minute game, I was winning aswell. Midway through my game while I was waiting for my opponent to make a move, I got a pop up that I lost to abandonment. Is this a known bug? It wasn’t my move. He’s the one who abandoned why did I lose? I wasn’t looking at my phone screen so I don’t know if there was a warning I missed, but still it wasn’t my move. Does anyone know what happened? Is this common? How can i avoid this
