my game keeps freezing when I’m starting a game?

Hi, whenever I start a timed game, my game occasionally freezes, not letting me play and I can’t see the opponent playing, the timer also doesn’t go. After 30 seconds or so, it auto aborts me. If this happens to anyone or if anyone knows how to fix it can u help me? Thx
