My Global rank and percentile shows up as "--"

Hello, I am curious why my percentile doesn't show up. In both rapid and blitz it wont show what they are. I am ~1150 rapid and ~775 blitz and have played well over 3 games in the past 30 days. Is it because I'm not high enough rated, I've asked some friends and they see theirs(their ratings are above and below mine) Please help .

Another thing, I can see other peoples when I view their accounts.

You need to have at least 20 games in the last 90 days for the pool for that to show

I count over 20 rapid games which date back to only 10/14/2024. How about actually answering the question without regurgitating useless repeated shallow replies?

I was basing my post on the content of the post and it mentions only 3 games.

In which case a ticket will need to be opened with Support using the option in the menu.

Try your reading comprehension again, WELL OVER 3 games.

While that could be 20+ that's not something most would assume based on the exact wording
