Need to contact support for billing issue

It is so hard to contact the support and my just purchased yearly membership was sudden cancelled due to bank issue. I called the bank and they seems to resolve it . How can I get contact to support team ASAP to make sure they receive the money and resume my membership ASAP?

Use the option in the menu to contact Support directly and use the billing option

Thanks for the reply! Yes, I use contact support, but it has been 2 days and no one reply me on the issue. I can see the yearly membership charge on my credit card post, but I have no membership for 2 days now.

Did the support tool say you would be contacted? It should have given a time estimate.

It is unacceptable that the site has no live support. I paid for diamond membership, got charged but the app just failed. And now the money is gone and I am still on basic membership. The chat bot says I will be contacted in 1-3 days. Very poor customer service.

The site had over 23,000 support requests last month and most months are similar. Most tickets are handled first in, first out but with 700+ tickets per day it can take a little time to get to them.

I am not really interested in the number of tickets they get. They should scale up their staff to manage their volumes. Charging 18 EUR a month and not providing live support is not acceptable IMHO.
