Yesterday evening I changed my gmail address to my ISP email address with SpamBayes in Outlook as the only spam filter. This morning there was an alert (Chess Games) but NO email alerts.

Yesterday evening I changed my gmail address to my ISP email address with SpamBayes in Outlook as the only spam filter. This morning there was an alert (Chess Games) but NO email alerts.
I looked a few seconds ago to my profile and the email address is shortly changed back to the old one (gmail). When I recall the page again.
What happens ?
I've said this before in a different thread: I have the same problem. I receive emails when a game is over, but not when it's my turn. Nothing in spam. You have the correct email address for me. I get alerts when something happens in a forum I track.
Could it have to do with this: (In most cases, you will only receive 1 email per login.)?
I don't receive any email alerts. In the meantime I searched this forum on "email alert" and checked everything.
First at all emails from @chess.com are not considered as spam, because when I send an email from my chess.com email adress to my contact email address, I receive the 'test' email. Even my spam filter (SpamBayes in Outlook) is considere chess.com emails NOT as spam.
In the "Online Chess" setting the box "alert me when it is my move, I am running out of time, or I receive a challenge" is selected.
In the "Edit Alert Settings" all boxes are selected and I ask to send the emails to the default contact
