I've requested a change to my email address. No verification email has been sent. When I tried to change my email in January of this year, I had the same problem. But this time when I check my settings, I don't see the new email address after I requested the change.
How do I get my email changed?
(Note: I tried to use the bot support to resolve the problem. It told me what to do when chess.com has closed my account - i.e., it didn't understand the question at all.)
