Numbers

Hi,

I was just wondering how many of us there are here, when you started (my guess based on seeing person records is maybe mid-07?), and some of the specifics of how the  game ratings work.  I am familiar with the USCF provisional point system.  Your system seems fine, but a little dfferent.

I really love your site.  Chess is one heck of an inducement to blog & I like all the articles, film clips problems, etc.  When I joined up, I did not email my friends about it, but being more familiar with your site now, I surely will.

I also like the pace of the games--being essentially postal or quicker.  Much nicer than other chess sites I had visited.
