My bsf, @AlwaysAshley6054, closed her account after you UNFAIRLY banned me. And now that she wants to reopen her account, you won't. What's the matter? When I wanted my account reopened once, it took about 2-3 days with no questions asked about my identity. It has taken her 2-3 WEEKS, and now I have been told that you have closed the case because you can't help with it?! Are you seriously telling me you can't simply reopen her account that SHE HERSELF closed? And with no explanation, you just say you can't help, so that's that. You don't even try to help. If you have to lift more than one finger, you can't be bothered.

The whole reason this happened is because you banned me for saying I was struggling with my mental health, because she would never have closed. I mean how messed up is that? I fought for almost 3 months to have my account restored, and Ash never did anything wrong, so I don't know why it hasn't been reopened. But you let scum like Idiot-Box roam the forums without a care in the world!

You tell me why you 'can't help Ash', why don't you? You tell me whether you think this messed up situation is your fault. You tell me if you are going to own up to your actions and fix your mistakes, or if you are going to lock this thread and shy away from the issue, trying to maintain your 'perfect image'. None of you care about the members of Chess.com, all you care about is that salary you all get paid for doing NOTHING. If you mute me or lock this thread, it just further proves how right I am. Everyone knows that the support is a sham.

Fix this problem NOW, and have Ash's account reopened BEFORE Christmas. And if I don't have a reply for EVERY part of this message, there will be trouble.

What kind of trouble will there be? Will they be grounded for three months? 

Just contact support, my friend. Or have her make a new account with a new email address. I’m sure an OTF member would be happy to lend you one, if needed.

Judging from her profile, she wouldn't be losing anything in making a new account. Also, support in pretty much any company is slow and often unhelpful, it's not like it's just c.c's that is often found lacking.

part of the problem is that apparently it wont let her make a new acc. coming up with error rg45 or whatever it is
