#REOPENASHLEY she was important anti Gatekeeper and another true chess partisan
Anti-Gatekeeper? More like "I'm making stuff up so people will believe in me instead of admitting I have a massive skill issue"

Judging from her profile, she wouldn't be losing anything in making a new account. Also, support in pretty much any company is slow and often unhelpful, it's not like it's just c.c's that is often found lacking.
part of the problem is that apparently it wont let her make a new acc. coming up with error rg45 or whatever it is
What she easily can do is head over to a near Apple store and on theirs make a new email account then another cc account
Funny how people with no regard for the rules can easily operate with impunity here, by making multiple accounts etc, but someone who tries to follow the rules and get their account approved the right way is met with endless obstacles. It's almost like the system exists to punish people who follow the rules, and lavishly rewards those who break the rules. (Is that a deep post, Macca?)
As mentioned in your previous topic, if staff were unable to verify the account belongs to the person requesting the account be reopened then they won't do it. That prevents any malicious attempts to take over old accounts.
so pretty much that's a no to reopening accounts, no matter who you are, cuz how can you prove you are you?
Having access to the email on the closed account is normally how it's done.
What big trouble? You're gonna sue chess.com? Very funny joke dude.
