To being troubleshooting you can first clear the browser cache. If after clearing your cache and closing and reopening your browser does not resolve the issue, then reboot your computer. If the problem persists try using chess.com in another browser and see if the problem presents itself.
Do you encounter issues with your mouse in any other programs or in general use? If so perhaps a driver for the mouse is amiss. If you'd like to report a bug please select "Help" and choose option "Report a Bug" as shown in the snapshot below. Hope this helps!
Hello! I have been having an issue when playing on my computer that it will no longer allow me to move any of my pieces, almost as if it's not registering that I am left clicking on my mouse. I was wondering if anyone has had any issues with this before and how the resolved it? It is really frustrating when it happens in a live game because either I have to request a draw and hope the person believes me, or switch to my phone to continue the game.
