Good day, please I have been experiencing error 2777, how can I solve it please?
I am trying to register platinum for some of my children, it worked for 3 children but has been giving me error 2777.

Yes I have contacted them but it seems that they delay in response and have not answered my request. Any ideas on how to solve this error?
