"Connection interupted, Reconnecting..."

        I used to be plagued by this problem in live chess, but over the last couple of weeks, it has been much less of a problem.

so dont use pay account only free 

Can we get points if there are network issues? This has happened multiple times now. I'm about to win and some network issue arises and the game gets abandoned even though my connection is perfectly good. Other things such as videos or live score updates run without problems. Chess.com, please introduce a system to appeal for such points so as not to suffer a hit on our ratings!

It has been happening more and more. Is this a chess.com problem? They need to address it.

too concerned with advertising and not with maintaining a stable platform also think it gives server preference to paying members what do you think?

I've lost all the games when this happened as it disrupted my concentration or I didn't realized this happened and I ran out of time.

When is chess.com going to correct this disruptive issue?

when i was palying today i found it said reconnecting and then the game was abandoned and the win given to the other party.i checked my internet and it said it was strong.If i disconnect the internet and connect it again will i get back into the game?

in the middle of a live online chess game, It won't reconnect even though I have perfectly good internet on my end. What should I do? Just leave it hanging with the error message stating its reconnecting?
