Recently, I had a 7-day free trial subscription. After the trial period ended, the subscription was automatically renewed for a year, and 3999 RUB was charged to my card (4177 4901 9119 0893). This amount is a significant financial burden for me as I come from a very poor family.

I kindly request a refund for this charge, as I did not intend to subscribe for a year and cannot afford this expense.

If you opened a ticket it could take a few days to get a response and 1-3 days for the refund to go through.

i was trying to get a free 7 day trial to chess.com premium. After clicking the option “start free trial” it charged 840 pesos out of my Maya account. I made the purchase like 5 minutes ago, please refund.

You have to contact support directly by using the links in the Support menu.

You'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu

You need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu. Choose the billing option.

It can take 1-3 days to get a response and refunds can take a couple of business days once granted

I'm new to this. When playing, the app offered me the subscription options and it showed zero charge. I thought it was a free trial. When subscribed for the diamond yearly offer, it charged my account. That is real tricky. I contacted support and was catered by a bot. It said it will take 1-3 days to reach the billing team. Can this be expedited? I don't use this app much.

Those types of tickets are often handled more quickly but with this being a holiday week, it might take a little longer than normal
