Refund for Mistaken Purchase

I mistakenly signed up for a diamond paid subscription on Chess.com, thinking it was a free trial week. Once I realized my error, I submitted a refund request on Saturday morning. It’s now Sunday evening, and I haven’t received any updates or responses about my request. I’m wondering how long it usually takes to hear back or to get the refund processed. If anyone has experienced a similar issue, I’d appreciate any insights on what to expect. Thank you.

Yes, it usually takes several business days to process refunds. It can slow down around the holidays when the volume of requests is higher.

Your request should have included an estimate on for long it would take. I think it's 1-3 days but since it's the holidays ticket loads may be higher along with response times.
